Acceptable use policy

1. Permitted use

You may use the content and tools to study, plan and run your own business, in line with the terms of use.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Sharing logins, or reselling or redistributing the content, in whole or in part.
• Bulk copying, scraping or automating the collection of platform content.
• Attempting to access areas, accounts or data that are not yours, or bypassing security controls.
• Interfering with how the service works, including intentional overload.
• Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or any illegal activity.
• Sending support or the platform content that is offensive, discriminatory or infringes the rights of others.

3. Using the content to sell

The templates may be adapted to your offer. You are responsible for reviewing the final text with legal support and for complying with the rules of the ad platforms, marketplaces and payment providers you use.

Do not use the 4Help name to suggest a partnership, certification or guarantee of results that does not exist.

4. Consequences

In case of violation, we may warn, suspend or terminate the account, depending on severity, and take the appropriate legal measures. Where possible, we will give notice before acting.
