1. What 4Help is

4Help is an educational content and support tools platform, offered by subscription, that teaches people in any country to sell digital and physical products online. The service is provided by 4HELP LTDA, a company incorporated in the United States, located at Brasil.

4Help is not a payment institution, is not a gateway, does not process payments, does not receive funds on behalf of third parties, and does not operate, access or manage third-party accounts.

2. Educational content, not advice

Tracks, lessons, templates and tools are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.

Tax and legal decisions must be validated with qualified professionals. Values shown in the tools are estimates and depend on the data you provide.

3. No promise of results

4Help does not guarantee revenue, income, approval by platforms or any specific result. Results depend on your product, your market, third-party rules and your own execution.

4. Account and access

• You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract under the law of your country and provide truthful information when signing up.
• The account is personal. Plans with more than one seat allow only the number of people stated at purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on the account.

5. Subscription, billing and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until canceled. The price, billing period and features of each plan are shown before purchase.

You may cancel at any time from the subscriber area, with no penalty. Access remains until the end of the period already paid. Withdrawal and refund rules are in the refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content is protected by copyright. The subscription grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the content.

Document templates may be adapted for your business. Reselling, redistributing or publishing 4Help content, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

7. Acceptable use

Use of the platform must comply with the acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 4Help is not liable for decisions made based on the content, for rule changes made by platforms, payment providers or authorities, or for indirect losses. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or to the law. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the platform before they take effect.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and of the state in which 4HELP LTDA is incorporated, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. If you have questions, write to support@4help.app.
